Osoyoos Spring Training

Friday
Morning - Optional Bike Fitting and Lactate Testing
12:30 to 13:00 Check In
13:00 to 13:30 Welcome and Orientation
14:00 Ride / brick run - We will split into 3 groups with the first departing at 14:00 with the other two at 10 minute
intervals.
We will do a brief warm up before heading up and over Richter Pass to the Night Hawk turn off. We will return overRichter from the "wrong" side return through Osoyoos and climb out of Osoyoos towards Castlegar on Route 3. At the top lookout
we will return to Osoyoos for a 30 min run off the bike. Total ride time will be approximately 2:30hrs
18:30 Camp Dinner and Sponsor Presentation
Saturday
07:00 90 minute easy run on Oliver Half Course
10:30 Sponsor Presentation
11:30 Lake Swim
14:00 Easy loop of the Oliver Half Iron Bike Course approxmitely 2:30 ride time
18:30 - Pub Evening
Sunday
08:00 Today will be the longest day in the saddle with a pretty straight forward route of Oosoyos to Yellow Lake
and back followed by a 30 min run off the bike. Ride time will be 5 to 7 hrs depending on where you turn.
19:00 Prize Giving
Monday
time to shower and check out on time. Ride time will be approximately 2 hrs today
