Cops For Cancer Summer Camp

You do not have to be a cop to do this camp!

1:30 PM Wed 21st July to 11:00 am Sunday 25th July

on Skaha Lake in the beautiful town of Okanagan Falls a minutes

walk from the run turn around. This will be a custom camp for Cops

For Cancer Athletes competing in Ironman Canada 2010. There may be

a limited number of slots available to other athletes enquire

Ironman Canada. The camp caters for all levels of athletes

from those about to attempt their first ironman to veterans.

The objective of this camp is to enable athletes to dial in their

pacing and nutrition and tweak as required. Each attendee is

given some "homework' to do prior to camp on both pacing and

nutrition and are afforded the opportunity to consult one on one

with our coaches and thoroughly test your race day strategy.

Rides and runs are broken into groups based on ability levels

to ensure all athletes are able to ride / run at levels they

are comfortable with.

Your Registration includes

Accommodation on a shared basis in fully furnished luxury condo's at

OK Falls. All Units are self catering full kitchens, barbeque's, bedding,

air con and laundry facilities.

All Workout and recovery nutrition sponsored by Hammer Nutrition

Supported workouts with additional nutrition and hydration, basic spares

tools and mechanical support.

Camp attendees have the opportunity to purchase sponsors product

at discounted prices post camp.

If you would prefer to use your own accomodation a flat rate of $420 applies

F.A.C.T Bike Lactate Testing and analysis $75

FIST Bike Fit basic 75.00 / advanced using motion capture tecnology $150

A non - refundable deposit of $100.00 is due on registration. The

balance is payable by 1st June. 50% refund is available to July 1st.
