2011 Osoyoos Spring Training
REGISTRATION OPENS 1 December 2010 for 2011
base of the famous Richter Pass, in the heart of Ironman country. This will be the fourth year running this camp in this location. It offers
attendees the opportunity to ride and run both the Oliver Half Iron
and Desert Half Iron Courses, as well as the critical sector of Richter
Pass to Yellow Lake on the IMC course. Based on the shores of Lake
Osoyoos we have found it to be significantly warmer and drier at this
time of year than the Penticton area.

season. The camp caters for all levels of athletes from those
just starting out in the sport to veterans. The objective of this camp
is to enable athletes to get some solid mileage training in on key race
courses in the area. You will be afforded the opportunity to
bike and run on both the Oliver Half Iron and Desert Half Iron course
as well as sections of the Ironman Canada Course under the watchful
eye of our coaches. Rides and runs are broken into groups based on
ability levels to ensure all athletes are able to ride / run at levels they
are comfortable with. In addition, most years the lake is warm enough
to get in a few early season open water swims.
The opportunity to become familiar with the key sections of the
Ironman Canada Bike course, the Oliver Half Iron and Desert Half iron
run and bike courses.
The opportunity for some early season open water swimming.
One-on-one time with our experienced coaches to assist in planning
your season, working through race day execution, race day nutrition
and any other topics you'd like to discuss.
The opportunity to perform a FaCT protocol Bike Lactate Test to dial
in your training intensities.
The opportunity to test the Blue Seventy range of Wetsuits
The Opportunity to do a Biomechanical Assessment with ART

The opportunity to have a FIST Bike Fit perfomed by Coach
Shaun Callaghan
The opportunity to test ride certain models of industry leading Cervelo
Bikes
Your Registration includes
Accommodation on a shared basis at the Sandy Beach Motel. All
Units are self-catering with full kitchens and barbeque's. Bike storage
and Laundry facilities are available on the property, while several
grocery stores and of course Tim Horton's are located minutes away.

Supported rides with additional nutrition and hydration, basic spares,

Pricing $350.00 with a 10% discount to Pacific Rim COACHED athletes.
Bike Lactate Testing and FIST Bike Fits are available for an
additional $75.00. In addition a full Biomechanical Assessment by
Dr Jenn Turner is available for $50.00.
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due on registration with the
balance being due 2 weeks prior to camp.
