Triathlon Camps

Our camps are highly focused, professionally run events that are geared towards assisting athletes gain an enhanced understanding and appreciation of triathlon.  Our events are run by  highly experienced coaches who are passionate about both the sport and strive to ensure the athletes leave the camp a better athlete than when they arrived. We ensure our focus is on the athlete and ensuring they have every opportunity to improve their skill set and both test and exceed their perceived limits in the sport. This ranges from helping first time novices prepare for their first triathlon to preparing high performance athletes for world championship events.

Our camps are primarily geared towards the training environment with the athletes being encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and test their limits. Camps range in length from 4 to 10 days and are typically based in the vicinity of a major race course.

For 2011 we will be running four camps:

Our early season Cycling Camp is based in Osoyoos and affords athletes of all levels the opportunity to get some good early season riding on local courses such as the Oliver Half ironman and Desert Half courses.

Spring Camp is always a hall mark of our program and offers athletes an early seaon view of the famous Richter Pass and Yellow Lake climbs that define the Ironman Canada Course

Finally our Summer Camps is focused on preparing athletes for late summer or fall half and full ironmans. This camp is  held primarily on the Ironman Canada Course.
