"I walked away with many great tips about nutrition from that discussion held on Saturday night. In fact, so much so that I applied what I learned to the Van Marathon yesterday and qualified for Boston! That tip you had about mixing the gels with water and carrying it in that small container worked like a charm because I had always found it really hard to take gels by themselves because of the texture among other unpleasant qualities. I attributed the fact that I qualified to my nutrition. I have also told many people about your camp and that it was the best one I have attended and have given them your information. It really was the best camp and Anne was a blast to stay with!"

I attended the Spring and Summer camps offered by PR Multisport and both camps are great for all athletes of any experience levels. They are filled with valuable information and training tips as well as some very challenging workouts. These workouts were perfectly balanced with enough social time and some optional workouts to provide a great mix for everyone. I have enjoyed getting to know the entire PR Multisport family this season and look forward to another year of great training with them.

"As a newbie triathlete, the idea of training with a Kona-finisher and his posse was a bit intimidating. However, fifteen minutes into the weekend, I knew I had nothing to worry about. Approachable, informative, and totally encouraging, Shaun and his co-coach Ann were every newbie's dream."

"Awesome July camp, it was a good mix of activities for all levels. I really enjoyed riding the ironman route and the lake swim."

"What can I say, except thank-you! I told anyone that would listen that the camp was the best thing I could have done to prepare. You and Ann are awesome. I had a GREAT day out there and your words of pacing and nutrition paid off without question. I was calm and relaxed the whole day (OK perhaps a few emotional moments) . There were times I was uncomfortable and tired (out and back) but never miserable. I actually had fun on the run while others were not. I think I actually pissed some people off with my enthusiasm. I wanted to finish strong and I did (and it was still day light in the finishers photo). "
